For the first time in history, it features the golden badge of the German Football Champions on the right sleeve. The design incorporates various elements from the city of Leverkusen, including the diamonds of the water tower, a cross formed from the city crest's spikes, and parts of the city map. The jersey has a straight unisex cut, with the Bayer 04 logo prominently stitched in red on the left chest. The right chest displays the white Ausrüster logo of the British premium brand Castore. The neckline features a white "Werkself" inscription. The left sleeve showcases the Niedax Group as the new sleeve partner, while the chest proudly displays the main sponsor, Barmenia, in white lettering. Granit Xhaka, the team's midfield maestro, praises the jersey's classic yet traditional design, emphasizing its predominantly red color. The home jersey is available in regular, women's, and pro versions, with prices ranging from €64.90 to €129.901.
